Fully Automatic Core Cutter is designed for fully automatic cutting of paper cores with a length of 2000 mm, diameter in the range of 25 -152.4 mm, wall thickness up to 16 mm. The machine is equipped with core thickness sensors. The applied technological solutions allow for fully automatic machine calibration, i.e. setting the knife height in relation to the core, the knife falling speed as well as automated core support calibration. The machine meets the standards of the INDUSTRY 4.0 project thanks to the fact that it is equipped with a GSM module that enables remote diagnostics and service. There is also the possibility of extensions to connect the machine to an internal production management network.A solid construction made of 50x50 profiles covered with sheet metal, specialized feet eliminating vibrations, covers of hazardous elements.The role of the operator is to manually install the core, the next commands are given by the operator from the touch control panel. The machine automatically starts and stops the cutting cycle. In the model with a feeder, the machine automatically takes the cores from the warehouse. Electric calibration of the basket height depending on the core diameter in the basket allows to significantly shorten the changeover time.
