Semi-Automatic Core Cutter is designed for automatic cutting of paper cores of length 2000 mm, wall thickness up to 16 mm. Range of supported diameters: 25 - 152.4 mm. The set includes 3 selected diameters. The machine is equipped with an inverter that regulates the rotational speed of the core. A solid construction made of 50x50 profiles, covered with sheet metal, additionally specialized feet that level the vibrations of the machine. PLC control panel - touch. In the fully semi-automatic version, the machine is equipped with an automatic feeder and a core magazine. The machine meets the requirements of the INDUSTRY 4.0 program through the installed GSM module enabling remote diagnostics and service. The role of the operator is to manually calibrate the knife. Subsequent operations are performed from the control panel. After programming, the machine performs all operations automatically.
