Large Core Pneumatic Cutter is designed for pneumatic cutting of paper cores with a large internal diameter. The technological solution used in the machine allows for cutting cores with diameters from 152.4 mm to 600 mm WITHOUT ANY REPLACEMENT OF THE MACHINE to the selected diameter. The length of the installed core is a maximum of 1800 mm, wall thickness up to 12 mm. A solid construction made of 80x80 profiles, specialized feet eliminating vibrations, covers of hazardous elements. The machine is equipped with an inverter regulating the rotational speed of the thimble. The role of the operator is to manually install the core, set the knife and the limiter. To start the cutting cycle, the operator presses two buttons on the control panel at the same time. The knife lowers, cuts and raises itself. The operator then move the core and restarts the cutting cycle.
