Pneumatic Core Cutter is designed for pneumatic cutting of paper cores with a length 1500-2500 mm, wall thicknesses up to 16 mm. Range of supported diameters: 25 - 152.4 mm. The set includes 3 selected diameters. A solid construction made of 50x50 profiles, specialized feet eliminating vibrations, covers of hazardous elements. It is possible to equip the machine with an inverter regulating the rotational speed of the core. The role of the operator is to manually install the core, set the knife and the limiter. To start the cutting cycle, the operator presses two buttons on the control panel at the same time. The knife lowers, cuts and raises itself. Then, using the crank, the operator move the core and restarts the cutting cycle. It is possible to equip the machine with additional covers.
